Why Us

Strategic Direction

Now, more than ever, organisations need a  strategic direction. Symbiosis, cross-sectoral collaborations are heard next to terms like economies of scale and ROI. How can all of this be achieved? Which other industries or trends affect the organisation?

We leverage our extensive academic knowledge and industry experience to engage internal and external stakeholders to identify strategic challenges and opportunities and shape the strategic direction of organisations or industry groups

Tactical Decisions

Modern supply chains are complex and geographically dispersed. Often, this means that supply chain visibility into the furthest links of the chain is lacking. Limited visibility increases the uncertainty around decisions for capital expeniture, equipment purchase or asset management.

We use simulation to model the impact of different alternatives before the decision to build, buy, sell or reposition is made to inform decision-makers of potential outcomes and consequences.

As greenhouse gases emissions reporting becomes an integral part of organisational social responsibility, we model and analyse supply chain emissions to support organisations on their reducing their carbon footprint reduction journey

Operational Insights

Organisations produce a wealth of data during their operations. Increasingly these data are analysed to extract insights. However, in many organisations, data gathers dust on digital shelves.

We use analytics combined with our expertise to delve into organisational data and extract insights to help organisations better understand where problems arise, why and how best to address these issues

How We Add Value

MET Supply Chain Emissions Modelling

MET is a robust, scalable and straightforward tool that helps businesses keep on top of their emissions. MET is the easiest way to keep track,  report and reduce  Scope 1,2 and 3 emissions.

MET streamlines emission reporting, improves emissions tracking and identifies measures to reduce emissions, operational costs and evaluate effectiveness.

BLST Logistics Simulation Modelling

BLST is a decision-support simulation tool which incorporates the uncertainty of daily operations into medium and long term decision making.

Whether modeling truck logistics of biomass to find the best suited infrastructure for a hydrogen plant or modelling wood chips vessel arrivals to identify port investment requirements, BLST can highlight requirements, issues and costs way before these arise so you are caught prepared.

EFi Electric Fleets insights

EFi is a decision-support simulation tool that analyses fleet telematics data and models fleet use patterns to generate charging infrastructure location and sizing recommendations.

EFi helps organisations in their transition to electric vehicles by providing fleet and charging infrastructure insights that can lower the transition cost, complexity and uncertainty.

Data Analytics

We extract patterns and insights from track and trace data (RFID, GPS, AIS etc.) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of scheduling and planning activities

Simulation Modelling

We create a digital twin of operations or facilities to gauge the impact of investments or tactical plans without the need to build infrastructure or enact plans in the real world

Evidence-Based Reviews & Technical Assessments

We inform organisations on the available options for logistics and supply chain decisions pros and cons, features and fit-for purpose. We support decision-making with domain-specific knowledge and gathering impact evaluation data to advance organisational learning

Stakeholder Engagement & Participatory Design

Determining and prioritising challenges and opportunities, needs and wants of customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to generate a sustainable and resilient strategic direction
